From the South

For those traveling north from North Hampton, Hampton, Seabrook or Massachusetts, take I-95 North to Exit 3, the first Portsmouth exit. Turn right onto Route 33 Eastbound, proceed through the next traffic light and turn right onto Griffin Road. Follow the road to the third building on the right. Our entrance (Suite16) is located at the left side of the building.

From the North

Take I-95 South from Kittery, York, and other locations in southern Maine or from the Spaulding Turnpike take Exit 3B. Take a right onto Route 33 Eastbound, proceed through three sets of lights and take a right onto griffin Road. Follow road to the third building on the right. Our entrance (Suite16) is located at the left side of the building.
